Troubleshooting
Most snags have a simple cause. Here are the common ones and how to clear them. If something here doesn’t solve it, reach out to support — we’re glad to help.
#My change didn’t appear on the site
A couple of things to check:
- Did you publish it? If your account is set to preview changes first, the AI prepares the change but waits for you to approve and publish. Look in the chat for a change waiting on your approval.
- Give it a few seconds. After you publish, the update goes live within seconds — but your browser may still be showing the old page. Refresh the page (or open it in a private/incognito window) to see the latest.
- Still not there? Open your edit history to confirm the change shows as “deployed.” If it says “rejected” or is missing, ask the AI to try again.
#I can’t log in
- Double-check your email and password. If you’re not sure of your password, use Forgot password on the login screen — we’ll email you a secure link to set a new one.
- Two-factor code not working? Make sure your phone’s clock is set to update automatically; authenticator codes depend on the correct time.
- Email change in progress? If you recently changed your account email but didn’t click the confirmation link we sent, you’ll still log in with your old email until you confirm.
#An image won’t upload
- Check the file type. Standard image formats (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP) work best.
- Large files take longer. A very large photo can be slow or hit your plan’s storage limit. If you’re near your limit, you’ll see a note in your usage settings.
- Try again. A momentary network hiccup is the most common cause — a second attempt usually works.
#My analytics show no data
- Just connected Google Analytics? Make sure the connection shows a green “Connected” status in Settings → Integrations. If you picked the wrong property, disconnect and reconnect with the right one. See Connecting Google Analytics.
- New site? Visitor and trend data builds up over time. A brand-new site or a fresh connection may show little until people start visiting.
- Search Console says “within 24 hours.” If you connected Google Search Console, its data can take up to a day to appear after verification — that’s Google’s timing, not a problem on our end.
#Something else looks broken
Try refreshing the page first — it clears most temporary glitches. If a page won’t load at all or shows an error, that’s worth telling us about so we can look right away. See Getting More Help.
